TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOTOX AND FILLER
If you had Botox injections in your face, we recommend waiting at least 4 weeks before undergoing any face treatments.
If you have had Filler injections, we recommend waiting at least 4 weeks before undergoing any face treatments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to me. This time is reserved and carefully prepared for you.
Cancelations are not available.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can use your payment towards your next appointment.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Less then 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. (50% of the credit can be used towards your next appointment) .
24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Less then 24-hour notice will result in full charge of the reserved service amount.
If your not able to make your appointment due to an emergency you can transfer it to a family member or friend, please contact us directly to make these arrangements.
If you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, the full amount will be charged to your credit card.
Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy.
RESERVATIONS & ARRIVALS
Services are available by appointment only.
We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A major credit card is required to hold a reservation for any of our services, including any Free Consultation services. We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time to fill out a client profile and to prepare for your treatment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Any delays will impact your appointment time, more than 15 minute delay will be treated as a no show and full amount will be charged to your credit card on file.
ONLINE BOOKING / REFUND
Please note that appointments CANNOT be changed or cancelled online.
PAYMENT
Major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept personal, certified checks, money orders, or any 3rd party gift cards or pre-paid credit cards.
After receiving any treatment, there are no refunds or credits for any future treatments or services.
GRATUITIES
Our services do not include gratuity. The average gratuity for a spa service is 18% to 20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.
PRICING
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at any time, and without notice. This is included for all single session pricing as well as any series of treatments, and promotions.
ETTIQUETTE
Please put your cell phone on vibrate while visiting our Office, so as not to disturb other guests during their treatment. Additionally, if you need to make a phone call we kindly ask that you step outside.
SERVICE PROMOTIONS
Service specials cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift cards/certificates.
SERIES OF TREATMENTS RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any returns or reimburse any payment on our series of treatments. We will exchange them for other services or spa credit of equal value.
